If your name is drawn, we’ll contact you by phone or email within 5 business days.
You’ll need to:

• Respond within 7 days

• Complete a few simple forms (like a W-9 and waiver)

• Arrange your own pick-up or delivery of the cart
  (Shipping is not included—just FYI!)

You’ll have 14 days to claim and collect your prize, or we’ll have to draw another winner.

 Eligibility:

 How to Enter:

• In-Store Entry: Surprise location store customers will receive one (1) entry for each in-store purchase of $25 or more. 

• • Limit: One (1) entry per incremental $25 spend. 

• • • e.g., a $75 spend will receive three entries 

• • Multiple entries are permitted on separate qualifying days. 

• • All qualifying customer entries will be tracked through our point-of-sale (POS) system. 

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): Non-purchasing individuals may enter by personally completing a drop box entry form within the participating store during business hours.  Location address:

• The promotion begins on September 05, 2025 and ends on October 03, 2025 close of business. 

• The random drawing will take place by October 31, 2025.

 Winner Selection:

• One (1) winner will be selected at random using an online random generator. 

• Drawing will be conducted under the supervision of the Chief Growth Officer, Director of Sunday Goods Brand and Director of Compliance. 

 Notification:

• Winner will be notified via phone and/or email within five (5) business days of the drawing. 

• The winner must respond and claim the prize within seven (7) business days or an alternate winner will be selected. 

• Winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release. 

• Winner must complete a form W-9 for tax consideration. 

• Customer must arrange and pay for shipping.  Sunday Goods not responsible for shipping damage. 

• • Winner must pick up the golf cart within 14 days of notification or forfeit the prize. 

 Publicity Release:

• By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sunday Goods the right to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

 General Conditions:

• Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or mechanically reproduced will be disqualified. 

• SG reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion if fraud or other technical issues compromise the integrity of the drawing. 

• By accepting the prize, the winner (“Winner”) acknowledges and agrees that The Pharm Inc. dba Sunday Goods (“Sponsor”) shall not be held liable for any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the possession, operation, use, or misuse of the prize, including but not limited to the golf cart. 

• Winner expressly and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the acceptance, ownership, and use or misuse of the prize. Winner hereby waives, releases, and discharges Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, actions, causes of action, demands, damages, losses, or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, that may arise out of or relate in any way to the Contest, the awarding or use of the prize, or the methods of entry. 

• Furthermore, Winner agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all third-party claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with Winner’s participation in the Contest, acceptance or use of the prize, or any violation of law or third-party rights related thereto. 

• Sponsor makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the prize. The prize is awarded “as is” and “as available.” 

• By entering the Contest, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood these disclaimers and waivers, and agree to be bound by them. 

• Winner is responsible for all taxes.
