Official Terms & Conditions for the Promotional Giveaway
1. Eligibility
This promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sunday Goods & The Pharm (“Sponsor”), its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate.
The promotion is limited to the first 35,000 customers who participate in-store between April 1, 2025, and April 20, 2025.
2. No Purchase Necessary & Entry Methods
No purchase is necessary to participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
A. In-Store Entry
To qualify for an entry, a customer must make a minimum purchase of $10 (pre-tax) per visit at a participating store during the promotional period. A valid purchase qualifies the customer to receive one promotional pull-tab card per day, subject to availability.
B. Mail-In Entry (Alternative Method of Entry – AMOE)
Participants may request a pull-tab card without making a purchase by mailing a self-addressed, paid stamped envelope to:

Requests must be postmarked no later than April 20, 2025, and received by April 25, 2025. Limit one (1) request per person per day, subject to availability. Duplicates or fraudulent requests will be disqualified.
- Prizes must be redeemed between April 20, 2025, and May 31, 2025.
- After May 31, 2025, all unclaimed prizes will be void and will not be honored.
- Prizes can only be redeemed at participating Sunday Goods locations within the state of Arizona.
- Prize redemptions must comply with Arizona Department of Health Services (AZDHS) regulations, including any applicable limitations on quantity.
- Prize redemptions are limited to one winning card per purchase transaction per day with purchase.
- Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged pull-tab cards.
4. Drawings & Eligible Drawing Cards
Participants may enter the final drawing by completing and returning an Eligible Drawing Card to a participating store location no later than the close of business on May 26, 2025. Eligible Drawing Cards must state the prize as, “RAFFLE TICKET Submit for a chance to win!”.
- The drawing will take place on May 31, 2025.
- Participants must provide their full name and valid email address.
- Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the drawing.

5. Limitations & Restrictions
- One (1) promotional pull-tab card per customer per day, regardless of the method of entry.
- Prizes have no cash value and are non-transferable.
- Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or fraudulent entries.
- This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
6. Compliance with Arizona & U.S. Federal Laws
- All promotional activities comply with Arizona state laws and federal U.S. laws governing sweepstakes and giveaways.
- In compliance with Arizona laws, any winnings exceeding $600 may require tax reporting and submission of IRS Form W-9.
- Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
